For retained searches, a fee is charged upon commencement of the mandate. A second fee is due upon presentation of the mapping report. The balance of the fee is charged upon successful candidate placement (start date).
There is no upfront fee for a contingent search. A fee is only charged upon successful candidate placement. In contingent searches, there is no obligation from Johnson Elborne to complete a full mapping process.
